Not happy with facilities and cleanliness
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We couldn't check in until 5.30pm and the staff were still cleaning the room as we were bringing our bags in. They explained that there was a problem with the cleaner and they had to clean every room themselves. The whole place didn't look as clean and up to date as it did in the photos on your website. Also, there seemed to be vagrants/homeless people living there. One even had a dog in their room. Also, a lady staying in one room knocked on our door and asked if we could hear the man staying in the next room. Also, the price per night, $216 was very high for the low quality of the motel. The room should have cost no more than $100 per night.
